Chicago Climate Exchange and your Future?

March 28th, 2009

Would you be surprised to learn that jr. admin. from IL was on the board of CCE from 1998 to 2001. Maurice Strong an apparent gofer for the UN has been a board member of CCE. The largest shareholder in CCE is Goldman Sachs. Gov. John Corzine retired from Goldman Sachs in 1999 also worked on the jr. admin's campaign. The Chicago Climate Exchange was founded by the Joyce Foundation.

The jr. admin sat on the board of the Joyce Foundation for 8 years earning $70,000. The Joyce Foundation funded money for John Ayers Chicago school initiatives. John is the brother of William Ayers. Obama was the only person on both the Joyce Foundation board and the Woods Fund, linked to Ayers. Just a little background on whose who in relationship to the Chicago Climate Exchange. Guess who will be trading all the carbon credits when the Cap and Trade legislation goes into affect? The legislation will require companies to have carbon credits to burn carbon.

If they have used their government allotment, they will have to purchase them from companies which has excess. That all goes through an exchange. Guess who? Right, Chicago Climate Exchange will be handling the carbon credits for a profit.Carbon usage will not be reduced just taxed. The U.S. government will get carbon taxes. The Chicago Climate Exchange gets the profit. Congress can go on spending our tax money without having to answer to us. And the behind the scenes players cash in or out as it is.

As I piece this together it smells more and more. Could it be that behind the scenes we are seeing a giant plot to suck money out of the middle class through increased energy costs. Yes, the Cap and Trade will drive up gasoline prices, home heating costs, distribution costs, commodity costs. The increased tax revenue is a windfall for the legislature. More taxes means more money for the Welfare State and more power come 2010 and beyond. Just think of Enron on Steroids and that's what you have with Chicago Climate Exchange. When we will say, "enough?"
