The Pelosi-Obama-Reid troika is looking to put AMERICANS on the hook for a massive wasteful spending package

Americans are outraged that the new Administration is pushing through a fraudulent stimulus bill
which will not create ongoing jobs and stimulate the economy.

While a massive number of people find themselves jobless...the bill also includes a plan for creating construction jobs which will be filled by ILLEGAL ALIENS and not the jobless Americans. The bill
does not stipulate that the bailout money must be used to employ American citizens.    

The Pelosi-Obama-Reid troika is looking to put AMERICANS on the hook for a massive wasteful spending package under the guise of economic "stimulus".  Not a single Republican voted for the bill, and eleven Democrats joined their colleagues in rejecting the package.

As of today the American people en mass are voicing their anger that Obama is forcing something
upon them that is deceptive and will further drive the nation into collapse.

This bill is nothing more than a spending spree to pay back supporters for his election.    

Citizens of both parties are realizing that the cost will bankrupt the country, and drive people for several generations into destruction. Economists are baffled that Obama is perusing this without definitive information as to how this bill will work.

The people are asking for answers...

This is the second stimulus bill.. The first one, under Bush has failed, due to congress not
implementing accountability. This new bill is more of the same and the people want answers
as to how  when  and why their TAX dollars are to be used to their benefit.
AMERICANS are footing the bill without consent,

Here are just a few examples of the wasteful projects contained in the House version, and the senate version is riddled with similar examples:

• $650 million in additional funds for television conversions to digital
  
• $600 million for new vehicles for the federal motor vehicle fleet
• $50 million for the National Endowment of the Arts
• $800 million for Amtrak - a bottomless pit that has failed to become self-sufficient in over fourty years
• $335 million for condoms and sexually explicit "STD prevention" programs.
• millions for new garden plantings
• millions to renovate offices
• millions for an aquarium building
  
• massive bailouts for state and local governments that have failed to live within their means, essentially rewarding bad behavior.

The Ugly.  The cornerstone of the "tax cut" part of the Obama $1 trillion plan is to create a new refundable "Making Work Pay" credit of $500 per adult and $1000 per dual-income working couple. 
For some people, this new tax credit would be an income tax cut—that is, a direct reduction of income taxes owed.

For most recipients of this new credit this would not be an income tax cut at all.  According to the IRS, 40% of families do not have a tax liability today.  You can't cut income taxes for families that don't pay income taxes.  This is nothing more than welfare through the tax code.  When this proposal is scored by Congressional and Administration budget experts, they will properly label this as spending—and they will be correct.  Spending money on someone who already has no tax liability is not a tax cut—it's welfare
