Once again Raila has proven that he could be a better leader than Kibaki, Karua, Uhuru or Kalonzo. It is amazing that the PNU die hards dont get it as long as they have the power and the money. They have forgotten that even the devil had so much power but was put down by the heavenly hosts. War started by a few will never defeat many especially if the many are fighting for their freedom.  The PNU folks do not see that the time of impunity is over. They are so drunk with power to an extent that they do not see the wave of democracy in Kenya.
 
Personally I sympathize with this lot. How drunk can one be not to see that the bill passed is wrong and that the salary scale they have offered themselves is like raping the Kenyan people in broad day light. How clear can it be for them to see beyond their noses. Do they read any historical events to notice that the ever powerful regimes like that of Mobutu was overthrown by the power of the people. What about Charles Taylor. What will it take for these people to know that they are preparing their grave and Kenyans are quite ready to burry them inside.
 
Once again Uhuru, Karua and Mungatana talks about the authority of parlierment not withstanding the fairnes of government as a virtue of of the house that if lost then the parlierment itself can be a mass grave. Such has happened before. MPs have been surrounded in parlierment and killed. Do they read these things?
 
Saitoti now reenforces the actions of security personell while Raila warns and I quote "Do not play with democracy" it can run you over. On this point Raila has won while the PNU officials have forgotten how they arrived in parlierment. They have forgotten that the people voted them in. Well to them this does not matter because just in january they lost the election and yet they are still ministers flying the Kenyan flags. The flag that was earned by blood. The blood of many was shed before the Europeans gave up. This should have been a lesson to them. Kenya is not Zimbabwe. Kenyans love their freedom and if it means loosing a leg or an arm it will surely come to pass but the Uhuru's, Karua's, Mungatana's and the silent Kibaki and Kalonzo will not live to enjoy the power they think they have now. Indeed they may regret these days.
 
Why gag Omondi right infront of the public, choke him in private and almost mutiliate his manhood. Once he was bundled up the president should have intervened. Why arrest people asking the MPs to pay taxes?  and after that still claim your superiority. Gentlemen PNU is in the dark. Kibaki and Kalonzo dont know where they are and Raila has seen the light. He woke up at the right moment. He has realized that the driver of the coalition is a sleep. He knows the power of people who are fighting to be free.
 
On this note, I urge the son of Jaramogi to soldier on for the democracy of the weak. In this way if he is not rewarded on this planet, God will reward him in a brand new planet specifically constructed for the pure at heart.
