When disaster strikes it pays to know who is doing what where
JOHANNESBURG, - It's not a matter of 'if' but 'when and where' a flood, cyclone or drought will strike in Mozambique - it is affected more often and severely by natural disasters than almost any other country in Africa.

Mozambique has invested a great deal in disaster management and response so it pays to know who's who when the time comes - so here's a directory of some key players*:
